Fall 2023 Meeting Schedule
What does a typical FMA Meeting look like?
All club meetings are open to anyone, including new or prospective members. Each week usually follows the following format:
- Portfolio Overview (how our holdings performed over the past week)
- Sector Notes (remarks from analysts on notable events, such as an earnings report or news affecting an industry)
- Stock Pitch or Featured Speaker/Event
Throughout the semester, we will also have special meetings to cover our annual paper trading competition, along with guest speakers from the industry.

Interview Tips, Resume Review, and Career Fair Prep
This meeting is aimed at preparing members for the Fall 2023 career fair, and will focus on two parts: A general overview of the recruiting process for banks, and an interactive session for reviewing resumes and practicing elevator pitches with other club members.

We will show (construction permitting) live how to use a Bloomberg terminal, some of the common features for financial and non financial analysis, and tips/tricks when getting started.
